PLEASE REVIEW AND SIGN TO PROCEED To complete your reservation and secure your date at The Five One North, you must review and sign this Rental Agreement. Your booking cannot be finalized until these terms are accepted.
1. AGREEMENT OVERVIEW
This Venue Rental Agreement is entered into between The Five One North (“Venue”) and the individual or party booking the event (“Renter”). By booking and/or using the venue, the Renter agrees to all terms outlined below.
2. RENTAL TERMS
The venue is rented on an hourly basis with a minimum of three (3) hours• Weekday afternoon special events (Monday-Thursday before 5:00 p.m.) may be booked with a minimum of two (2) hours at the special rate of $100.00 per hour, subject to availability and approval by The Five One North. Standard rental rates and packages are published on The Five One North website and booking platform• All event time, including setup and cleanup, must occur within the reserved rental period unless otherwise prior approval has been granted by The Five One North.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation• Full payment must be completed no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation
4. CANCELLATION POLICY*
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, and all payments made will be forfeited.One-time rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 14 days prior to the event date. The deposit may be transferred to a new date based on availability. Requests made within 14 days of the event are not guaranteed and may result in loss of deposit.Failure to show up for your scheduled event will result in forfeiture of all payments.By booking The Five One North, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
5. USE OF VENUE
The Five One North is intended for small, intimate events including but not limited to:• Bridal showers• Baby showers• Birthday parties• Meetings and Gatherings The Renter agrees:• To respect the property and surrounding businesses• That the event will conclude at the scheduled time
6. ALCOHOL POLICY
The Five One North does not sell, serve, or provide alcohol• This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) venue only• The Renter assumes full responsibility and liability for any alcohol brought onto the premises The Renter agrees:• No underage drinking will occur• No alcohol will be sold on the premises• All local and state laws regarding alcohol will be followed
The Five One North and its owners are not liable for any alcohol-related incidents.
7. DAMAGES AND LIABILITY
The Renter is responsible for any damage to the venue, furniture, fixtures, or property caused during the rental period• Any damages will be charged to the Renter and must be paid promptly• The Five One North is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
8. CLEANING REQUIREMENTS
The Renter agrees to:• Remove all decorations and personal items• Dispose of all trash in designated areas• Leave the venue in the same condition it was received Additional cleaning fees may be assessed if the space is not properly maintained.
9. DECORATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
No nails, screws, staples, or permanent adhesives may be used• All decorations must be removed at the end of the event
10. SAFETY AND CONDUCT
All exits and entrances must remain unobstructed• No illegal activities are permitted on the premises• The Venue reserves the right to end any event that violates safety rules or these terms without refund
11. INDEMNIFICATION
The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Five One North, its owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use of the venue.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking the venue, making payment, or hosting an event at The Five One North, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
